Where are you based?

Our studio is in Wimbledon, South West London. Collection is available by appointment.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Not at the moment. We deliver across the United Kingdom only.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, within London on selected dates, by courier. The fee is shown at checkout. In the busiest festive days slots are limited, so please order early.

When is the last day to order for Diwali?

We publish last order dates on the Diwali 2026 pages for each delivery option. If you are unsure, message us and we will check for you.

Can I collect my order?

Yes. Collection from our Wimbledon studio is free and by appointment. Choose collection at checkout and we will arrange a time with you.

Can I add a gift message?

Yes. Every hamper includes a handwritten card, and you can add your message at checkout.

Can I choose the colour or design of the box?

Our keepsake boxes are handwoven by women artisans, and designs and colours are assorted, so we are not able to take requests. Every box is unique.

How long do the mithai and laddoos keep?

Our sweets are made fresh, so they are best enjoyed within the time shown on the label. Store them in a cool, dry place.

Do your products contain allergens?

Many of our sweets contain nuts and dairy, and they are made in kitchens that handle other allergens. We have a gluten-free laddoo option. Please contact us before ordering if you have an allergy.

Can I return my order?

Food, hampers and personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Please see our Returns policy for full details.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We are sorry. Please send us your order number and a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we will put it right.

Do you do corporate gifts and event favours?

Yes. We create gifts and favours for weddings, parties and corporate events, with personalised tags or ribbons. Please see our Corporate page or get in touch for details.
