Refund policy

Because our hampers contain food and handmade pieces, please read this policy before you order.

Food, hampers and personalised items Hampers, mithai, laddoos and any other food items are perishable, and personalised items (such as custom tags, ribbons or messages) are made for you. For these reasons they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Other items For non-food items that are not personalised, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please email us first to let us know, then return the item unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of telling us. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty. We will refund the item price and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the return.

Damaged or faulty items If anything arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and the packaging. We will offer a replacement or a refund for the affected item.

Handmade differences Our keepsake boxes are handwoven by women artisans, and box designs and colours are assorted. Small variations in weave, colour and size are part of the character of handmade work and are not considered faults.

Your statutory rights This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
