Delivery

Every Moments & Memories gift is packed by hand in our studio in Wimbledon, London. All our deliveries are tracked home deliveries, to mainland UK only. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking link by email.

Small order delivery: £2.99
For orders under £25. Dispatched within 2 working days. Usually arrives 3–4 working days after you order.

Standard delivery: £3.49
For orders of £25 or more, and free on orders of £200 or more. Dispatched within 2 working days. Usually arrives 3–4 working days after you order.

Express delivery: £6.99
Dispatched the next working day. Usually arrives 2 working days after you order.

Saturday delivery: £7.99
Order by 12pm on Thursday for delivery that Saturday.

Sunday delivery: £7.99
Order by 12pm on Thursday for delivery that Sunday.

Order cut-off
12pm, Monday to Friday, for every option. Orders placed after 12pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday count from the next working day.

Collection from Wimbledon
You are welcome to collect your order free of charge from our studio in Wimbledon, by appointment. Choose Pickup at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready, and you can reply to that email or message us on WhatsApp to book a time.

Festive periods
Our carriers get busy before festivals such as Diwali and Christmas, so please order early, or choose Express if you are ordering close to the day. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Fresh items
Our laddoos and mithai are made fresh, so some items are prepared to order. Please allow time for this, and make sure someone is available to receive the parcel. We cannot be responsible for food items left uncollected or returned to the courier because nobody was available.

Delivery problems
If your parcel arrives damaged, or has not arrived when expected, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at info@momentsnmemories.co.uk or on WhatsApp +44 7359 201243.
