These terms apply to all orders placed on momentsnmemories.co.uk. The shop is run by Moments & Memories, Wimbledon, London, United Kingdom ([add your full legal or trading name here, and company number if you are a limited company]). Contact: info@momentsnmemories.co.uk.

Ordering When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. Your order is accepted when we confirm it or dispatch it. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable, and if we do we will refund you in full.

Prices and payment Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken in full when you place your order.

Products We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Our boxes are handwoven and our sweets are handmade, so colours, designs and sizes may vary slightly, and box designs are assorted. Product contents may occasionally be replaced with an item of similar or higher value if something becomes unavailable.

Allergens Our products may contain or have been made alongside nuts, milk, gluten, sesame and other allergens. Please read each product description and contact us before ordering if you have an allergy. [Check this line against your suppliers' allergen information.]

Delivery Delivery is covered by our Delivery policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection.

Cancellations and returns These are covered by our Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Our liability We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Events outside our control We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption or severe weather. We will let you know as soon as possible and do what we can to limit the effect.

Intellectual property All photographs, text and designs on this website belong to Moments & Memories and may not be used without our permission.

Law These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
